FAST DELIVERY Options available for USA.   Your item is shipped USPS First Class.  According to the USPS.com, delivery on average is 3 - 5 days in most cases across the 48 states.  We also offer USPS Priority Service and FedEx Overnight Service, remember we need to make your item so allow time for making your item.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:  We ship worldwide utilizing USPS First Class Mail Service.  International Shipping Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes & Duties placed by your country.   

INCORRECT ADDRESS or UNDELIVERED MAIL:  Make sure your mailing address is correct in eBay.  You are responsible for any undelivered mail to your mailbox or PO Box.   If we need to resend because of undelivered or incorrect address, you will need to repurchase the item.  Contact us first, we will send you a 30% discount coupon to help you out.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE or ISSUES: The Shipping carriers are pretty good in delivering mail; however, sometimes there are hiccups in the system. If the shipping carrier loses your item after we sent out and you still not have received after 21 days, we will replace your item free of cost.

We pay extra for tracking for all packages sent out from our shop. If your package shows delivered and did not receive your item, you will need to contact your local post office to resolve the issue since they were the last one with your package. Normally after working with your local post office, your item appears in your box with in 2 to 3 business days. If not, the next step would be to open a case with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE:   If we make a mistake (we are human) or if somehow your item breaks during shipping, we will send you out a corrected item.   All we ask is that you send us a picture of the mistake or broken item within 30 days of delivery instead of sending the problem item back.  This way it saves you money and we have the opportunity to make it right for you.

COLORS:  We use state of art ink, software, and equipment when making your item.  With that being said, Colors on the item may still vary due to your computer monitor resolution or if you printed the picture out due to your software and/or printer's color resolution settings.  Computer Monitors tend to make the picture brighter.  The reason is the settings and RBG technology that Computer Monitors utilizes where as printers utilizes CMYK technology.   Kind of like USA English vs UK English, they are similarities but there are differences.  Remember going into a Department store and looking at television sets.  each set had a variation of red due to each TV's resolution setting.  

CUSTOMIZE PRODUCT:  Our items are customized to the buyers specifications and made after the order is taken.  Make sure you double check your selections with the proof before purchasing. Because the items are customized, there are no exchanges or refunds for the item unless we make a mistake or the case is delivered broken.
