Refunds
Since all of our items are personalized and made after the sale, we do not offer any exchanges or returns unless the item 1) arrives damage, 2) we made a mistake, or 3) Item is Lost in the mail
Damages, Mistakes, and/or other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please send us a photo of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once we review and approve the issue, we will send you a message asking if you would like us to either refund you the money or send out the exact product again.
Item Lost in the Mail
If your item gets lost in the mail, after 14 business days we can either refund you your money or send out the exact product again.
